Erik Fagerland & Associates
architect | build

The EFA team includes an architect, designers, skilled builders, a custom millworks shop and a complete support staff. Over the past 13 years we have designed and built a wide variety of unique cabinetry, residential remodels, quaint cottages, historic restorations, custom homes and multiple business facilities.

Our deep commitment to our clients' needs and complete success of their projects has earned us a reputation of excellence.

EFA celebrated its 13th year of business in 2006. In that time we have gone from a one-person home office operation to a full service staff running three separate divisions from our Long Beach office and shop. Most of our professional staff and carpenters have been with the company for over 10 years.

As in most service oriented professions, the needs of the client can be many and diverse. An architectural project (the process of planning, design, budgeting, and construction completion) can take one, two or more years to complete and it truly takes a qualified team to meet those needs.

We have completed projects ranging from siding repair to a $1.2 million, 8,000 square foot facility.

Each of our three divisions are specially trained to perform their tasks and co-ordinate to finish your project seamlessly.

1. Architecture and Design

EFA’s custom design team is lead by licensed architect Erik Fagerland, designer Cheryl Green, and project manager/ designer Chris Woodby. We have completed projects together for over 11 years and have developed many unique solutions to our clients needs Our ability to streamline communications between the client and our team of professionals who complete the project is unsurpassed.

2. Construction

Our Project Manager Chris Woodby and Construction Crew manager Randy Bennett, oversees every aspect of the project from the site work to walking you thru your finished “dream” home. The EFA construction crew builds your home with quality and workmanship at the forefront of every phase.

3. Custom Millworks.

The Millworks Dept. will hand craft unique doors, cabinets or whatever you may have in mind to help create your own unique style to display in your new home.

Many creations are crafted with wood from shipwrecks, buildings with historical history, and other reclaimed products.

As of early 2003, we have developed a Green Building Program that incorporates the use of lumber reclaimed from local structures that otherwise would be destroyed.

We have developed a team of staff members and crews who have earned a reputation of the highest integrity and trust – this reputation is derived from our ability to fulfill our clients’ requests.

All three divisions are located at 1716 Pacific Avenue in Long Beach, Washington.

We look forward to helping you with your future building projects.
